Constance Monnier-Schlumberger

 

 


Constance Monnier-Schlumberger is an economist and senior lecturer at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University where she teaches competition policy and economics (which she also taught at ESCP Europe).

 

Prior to her doctorate in economics, she studied at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), Paris 1 University and the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom).

She has developed expertise as an economic advisor in litigation and regulation of competition, in the industry, media and trade sectors (mergers, upstream consulting, abuse of dominant position and damage assessment) .

 

Since 2013, she has been a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network (ICN).

 

Her publications make reference in the field of economics and competition policy, especially cartels.
